Derick started his career in a small community college in Southern Illinois, Wabash Valley College, as a bookstore manager. He continued his career in Textbook Management at Western Kentucky University as Textbook Manager. Since then, Derick and his family have moved south to Statesboro, Georgia where he continues his career at Georgia Southern University as the Assistant Director of Retail Services. This year, Derick moved into the role of Director of Retail Services for Georgia Southern.
